Zoe is great. She gave us advice on what to look for in a puppy – the personality of different breeds, what kind of background information we needed to ask the current owners, and certain behaviors to look for. She then taught us how to potty train and crate train the little guy, using treats and voice intonation as positive reinforcement. All the advice she has given us has been dead on and she’s been readily available to answer any new questions we have had as our puppy has grown up. She really knows her stuff and is incredibly pleasant to work with.

I asked Regina to help me with my Great Dane Clair. Clair had nipped several children who came to my house to play with my kids.  Regina is the only trainer who did not try to get me to re-train all the basic commands that Clair already knew. Instead she focused on the issues we were having.  She was flexible with her training methods to meet my needs. The solutions she gave me to use were realistic and easy for me to use without disrupting my family or my life. Clair is doing so much better since I made a few simple changes.

I can not express how happy we are with the results of our training sessions led by Zoe. She was both professional and kind while dealing with the willfulnesses of our 2 puppies and the shortcomings of their owners. The pups loved her and we wanted to adopt her. She (Colleen) was our dog’s trainer. She did a fantastic job with Shana. The dog is highly trained and responsive to all verbal commands.
